Hello Zaksch,
Sorry for the slow response.
You may try installing the following plugins which should throw no compatibility issues with your existing setup:
Hello Zaksch,
WooCommerce has guest tracking built in, but it’s not used anywhere by default. You can add a shortcode to your site to create an order tracking form:
[woocommerce_order_tracking]
The tracking form allows guests to enter their order number and email information to revisit order details.
Hey Netmode,

Hello Bart,
As far as I can confirm, the strings that you are looking for to translate are printing out by the WooCommerce plugin. You may need to look for
woocommerce
text-domain in your PoEdit software. Also, we have an in-depth guide on how to translate either theme or any of your active plugins in case you wish to translate or modify a few words without editing core catalog files:
Hello Eule,
No one can help you when you’re trying to get support from channels where we don’t offer to help. I would suggest taking a closer look at our Support Policy to find out more.
As far as I can confirm, this is your fourth topic stated here to get support. Clearly, you know where to reach us when you have a question to ask.
I have unlinked the domain name associated with your license key from my end. You may register your license on a new website. The following video will help you on how to register your license key in detail:
Glad to hear that Johnym,
To customize the Submit button, you can replace the text directly in the button with what you’d like to use instead.
I have unlinked the domain name mentioned above from your license key. You may register your license on a new website.
Hello Johnym,
Site header search box widget loads the search box using the default WooCommerce template function.
You can override the default WooCommerce template
product-searchform.php
by customizing the markup, and in case you wish to translate without editing the core files, the following guide will help.I hope the above is useful to you.
You’re welcome. Feel free to register your license as I have unliked it from my end.
CONJ uses transients API to store timely information in your WordPress database and periodically checks for license validation without increasing overall server load.
I would suggest that you exclude transients and cookies from being deleted while clearing the site cache in your plugin.
Hello Zaksch,
Thanks for the awesome feedback! We work hard to meet expectations like yours, and we’re happy to hear we hit the mark for you.
Stay tuned for the upcoming new features and components.
Cheers!
Hello Dollobserver,
I have unlinked the domain associated with your license key from my end. You should be able to register your key now.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
I would assume a few possibilities on your case:
- Emails can be filtered out by your server before they even get sent out. Your hosting provider should be able to check their server email logs to find out if the emails were blocked.
- Also, emails can be filtered out by your email provider. If you don’t find the emails in your spam folder, you’ll want to try sending out Jetpack emails to another email address, and see if you keep experiencing issues.
That’s correct. As putting your store on vacation mode will disable eCommerce functionality and takes out the cart, checkout process and add to cart buttons with disabling purchases for all users whether they’re logged in or not.
Oops, it appears that we have a minor styling issue that causes the notification banner to be hidden on single product pages, and I believe adding the following CSS snippet should help:
.store-vacation-notice .woocommerce-info { z-index: 3; }
Let me know if this helps!
Great and glad to hear that it worked as expected in the end.
I have created a new vacation date with a custom notification message that is now visible on both your shop archive and single product pages.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Another way to rule out conflicts is to deactivate all non-CONJ plugins from your setup. If this resolves the issue, you have a conflict and should activate one plugin at a time until you locate the conflict.
Hopefully, this will narrow down the conflict to a specific plugin conflict.
Drop me a line if I can do anything else for you.

It sounds like your server might not be adequately configured to send emails through the
wp_mail
function, which Jetpack uses. Can you try installing the Check Email plugin and sending yourself a test email to see if it works? You can download the plugin here:
If you didn’t receive a test email, you could try using a plugin like the ones found here:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/tags/smtp/
Those plugins will let you configure your own mail server information that WordPress will use when it sends out emails from your site.
If the function appears to be working properly, it means that Jetpack’s emails are filtered out before they can reach your inbox.Let me know if this helps!
Hello Johnym,
The contact form templates require the Jetpack plugin to be installed and connected to your WordPress.com account properly.
We have a detailed guide here on how to insert and configure form block in the editor.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
In case you are willing to upload and display images, you may add a
Features
block to the page. On the other hand, theService
block also offers the same customization options along with a few additional controls, such asIcon Picker
, which I believe is the one that you are looking for.Hello Sagar,
Any content shown on your homepage demo can be easily modified by following the steps below and visiting the edit screen page:
- Login to your WordPress Dashboard.
- Click the Pages tab.
- Click the All Pages sub-tab.
- Find the page you wish to update.
- Hover in the area under the page title and click Edit.
- From there, you would be able to alter any content shown in the editor.
Also, I recommend taking a look at our Getting started with blocks guide, which gives you an overview of the new block editor and how it functions in action.
Graphics used on our demos are mostly taken from the Envato Elements website.
